eLearning Course for Hospitality Initiative
The course was creating as part of an ongoing hospitality initiative for a major national restaurant brand. I designed the flagship eLearning course in Articulate Storyline as the core digital companion to the company-wide rollout. The course introduced the new expectations, aligned managers and staff, and laid the foundation for a blended learning initiative that included games, workshops, and ongoing coaching support.

Upselling metrics were trending downward across dozens of restaurant locations for a major national restaurant brand. Gap analysis and interviews with staff made it clear that the issue wasn’t training but employee motivation. The course provides learners a means to acquire desirable upselling behaviors through branching scenarios, realistic dialogue, and persona aligned guest interactions.

This quick learning experience explores four landmarks of the human lung. I leveraged custom javascript to add subtle, fluid animations that provide visual feedback and enhance learner engagement.
