Hi, I’m Tommy.

I’m an instructional designer who builds training people actually use on the job. I specialize in scenario-based, gamified, and serious-game learning experiences that tackle complex challenges like sales execution, compliance risk, and manager rollouts.

Born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley, I focus on serving local small businesses, delivering the same caliber of custom learning design that enterprise brands pay big agency rates for. Before transitioning into instructional design, I spent years as a credentialed teacher and founded the Baldwin Park Water Polo Club, a non-profit that has helped student-athletes earn college scholarships across the country.

Those experiences reinforced a core philosophy: you don’t fix performance by dumping more content on people. You fix it by simplifying complex skills, pacing instruction intentionally, and designing for how people actually learn.

Outside of work, you’ll find me coaching water polo and esports, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and spending time with my family.
